ICAC Webinar Series: Top 5 Arson Cases
This online registration system accepts both credit card and check payments. Please enter your personal email address. Multiple attendees entered with the same email address will miss webinar correspondence and will not be able to log into the webinar. Confirmation is sent via email. The confirmation email includes a receipt, cancellation policy and other information.
 

  Registration Policy

Registration Confirmation: You will receive a detailed e-mail confirmation upon successful completion of the registration process; please make sure to enter a valid e-mail address on the registration form. If you have any questions, please e-mail events@arsoncontrol.org or call (317) 876-6226.


Cancellations and Transfers:
If paying dues - Dues fees cover January 1 through December 31 of the calendar year in which the fee is paid. No refunds will be prorated for any amount of time if membership is terminated by member company for any reason. Membership dues qualify as a business expense for tax purposes and no portion of the dues is currently applied to advocacy.

If registration is for an event - All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. Cancellation notices sent 10 or more working days prior to the start of the seminar are 100 percent refundable. Any refund due will be issued within 15 business days after receipt of the cancellation notice. Cancellation notices sent fewer than 10 working days prior to the start of the seminar are 50 percent refundable. These refunds will be processed after the event occurs. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Please forward all requests to events@arsoncontrol.org or fax to (317) 415-0802.


Receipt/Summary of Charges: A summary/receipt link is contained in your confirmation e-mail. This lists attendee(s) registered, registration fees, total balance paid, date and type of payment. You may use this for expense reimbursement for events.
