  Registration Policy

Registration Confirmation: A detailed email confirmation will be sent upon successful completion of the registration process for this event. The confirmation is sent to the first person if registering more than one person. You will need to forward the confirmation to the other registrants and there is a section on the confirmation page to do so. All event communication & attendee lists will use the email provided on the registration. Please make sure to enter the preferred email address on the registration form.


Cancellations and Transfers: All registration cancellations and transfers MUST be made in writing. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Typically, no refunds are available after the start of the event however each event reserves the right to customize the cancellation policy. Refer to your confirmation email for your event's specific information on who to contact and refund dates.


Room Reservations are not included with your event registration. Refer to your confirmation email for hotel reservation instructions.


Receipt/Summary of Charges: A summary/receipt link is contained in your confirmation e-mail. This lists attendee(s) registered, registration fees, total balance paid, date and type of payment. You may use this for expense reimbursement.
