Booths are assigned in a first-come-first-serve manner and booths are assigned manually by staff. Only after that assignment is a booth location removed from sale on this form. Selecting multiple booths which are satisfactory for you helps to ensure that you are placed in a booth of your choice. A floor map is available here.

Advertisements are available within the printed Claims Conference Program Guide. The program guide is distributed to ALL of the conference attendees and used throughout the conference. Advertisements are a great way to give your company additional exposure or to drive your booth traffic. Advertisements must be purchased by December 8th and artwork is due by December 15th. Spots are limited, so reserve today. Specs will be provided via email to the main booth contact after your booth is purchased.

Exhibitor directory ads are not refundable. Please ensure that you are able to produce print ready artwork before purchasing your directory advertisement.

A brief description of your company and/or services is required. This text will appear on the NAMIC meeting app and in the printed program guide. NAMIC reserves the right to edit. Space is limited to 40 words and no bullet points.
