Booth includes back and side drape, table, 2 chairs, a booth identifier sign, and a wastebasket. Entire exhibit hall is carpeted. 

Base Fee (based on booth qty/location and membership status)  

Your exhibit booth registration includes 2 booth attendee registrations except 10x20 booth locations which will include 3 booth attendee registrations and 20x20 booth locations which will include 4 booth attendee registrations. Booth addendee registrations include:
  • Any continental breakfasts, lunches, or receptions offered to the general convention delegation (this does not include ticketed meals or special events).
  • Access to all educational sessions, except those particularly reserved for the special audiences.
Booth registrations do not include:
  • The Wednesday evening closing celebration. Additional tickets can be purchased.
  • All separately ticketed events and meals.

Booth personnel cancellations received on or before August 25 are 100% refundable. After August 25 a $25 processing fee will be deducted. No refunds are available after September 1, so please plan accordingly. You may substitute a participant at no additional charge. Please see your registration confirmation e-mail for complete details.

The exhibitor directory will be combined with the convention printed guide, and it will be distributed to every delegate at the convention. Exhibitors may enhance recognition with advertisements and logos. Ads are full-page, full color. Logo is full-color and placed alongside the company listing. Artwork specifications and deadlines are sent via separate email.

Exhibitor directory ads are not refundable. Please ensure that you are able to produce print ready artwork before purchasing your directory advertisement. At this time, Exhibitor Directory Ad Options are no longer available for the 2017 Convention.

Please note that email addresses are a benefit of sponsorship at the conference. Please note that the policy regarding the attendee registration usage is subject to change and any changes will be posted within the Annual Convention exhibitor pages.
